It’s a simple wizard-based process where you pick the colors you want for all of the various Xbox Wireless Controller components-the body, bumpers and triggers, d-pad, and so on-and optionally add laser engraving, which appears on the bottom front of the controller. Xbox Design Lab is a made-to-order service that lets you customize an official Xbox Wireless Controller-the new version that also ships with Xbox One S-to your liking. But when you consider the August 26 first shipment date, I think it’s fair to say that it took about two weeks for my custom controller to arrive. I didn’t order my own custom controller until pretty late in the game (ahem), on July 29. So in late August, about two weeks ago, it revealed that the first Xbox Design Lab custom controllers were on their way to customers. But Microsoft had to wait for the Xbox One S and its new Xbox Wireless Controller to start shipping before it could open custom controllers to the public. Microsoft announced Xbox Design Lab custom controllers at E3 back in June. And among them is a cool Microsoft service called Xbox Design Lab that lets you customize an Xbox Wireless Controller with over 8 million possible color combinations. And up to 60% off Xbox merchandise like t-shirts and hats through the Microsoft Store.While the Xbox One S comes with a perfectly serviceable Xbox Wireless Controller, you have other options. The Xbox E3 2019 Deals Unlocked sale will also include discounts on controllers, up to $10 off or $64.99 for an Xbox Design Lab controller. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Spectre Rising Edition.While expected pricing for each individual game isn't available yet, Xbox did list some of the exciting games to be discounted: Xbox's preview confirms that "hundreds of games" will be dropped as low as $19.99. The Xbox E3 2019 sale will, of course, also include a huge variety of games. Through these manufacturers, Xbox says there will be discounts up to $500 on gaming PCs, laptops, and FreeSync monitors.

Xbox is partnering with several pre-made PC manufacturers including Asus, Razer, and MSI. In a surprising move, the Xbox E3 2019 sale will also feature big discounts on PC hardware. Those bundles include the brand new Fortnite Battle Royale Special Edition Bundle, with a purple console and controller, 2000 V-Bucks, and an exclusive pack including a Legendary Outfit, Epic Glider, and Rare Pickaxe. Several big discounts for Xbox consoles will be available starting June 7, including a $100 discount on the Xbox One X and $50 discounts on all specific Xbox One S bundles. Xbox's focus for the sale, at least as shown in this preview, appears to be hardware. The Xbox Deals Unlocked E3 2019 sale will begin June 7, but Xbox is previewing some of what to expect now. This year's event is named Deals Unlocked and will feature big discounts on Xbox and PC hardware, hundreds of games, accessories, merchandise, and more. Xbox is prepping for E3 just like everyone else, today teasing the start of its annual E3 sales event. E3 2019 is incredibly near and things are certain to heat up in this final week before the event.
